“I will choose to be happy today.”

We are responsible for our own happiness. It doesn’t come from anyone or anything outside of us.

Happiness comes from a decision to be happy. It is a chosen state of mind. We can’t look at everything about ourselves or others through a negative lens without bringing a negative experience into our lives.  And in the same way we can’t look at our lives through a positive lens without having a positive experience. Call it karma or cause and effect; it’s simply the way it is. God doesn’t do anything but honor our choices. It’s called free will. But why would we choose against our own peace of mind?

“My happiness and my function are one.” A Course In Miracles.  If our purpose is happiness than it makes perfect sense that we must choose it, not only for ourselves, but for God.

When we have a dark thought, our question is how can I turn that thought around? Then we think something happy and feel the happiness arise within. When we feel fear, our question is, how can I feel
differently right now? Then we think of something loving and feel that love deep inside. Don’t fight the fear or the dark thoughts, but simply stand back and watch them. Then breathe quietly, rise above them, smile and laugh gently and change your mind. 

“Happiness is an attribute of love.” A Course in Miracles.  To choose happiness is to choose love and to choose love is to choose God.  So do we really have a choice?

Look. Breathe. Smile. Laugh. Transcend. Transform.

And remember it’s okay to be happy. After all, it is what God wants.

“I will pay attention only to Love today.”

Let’s watch our thoughts today.  Let’s watch our minds wandering a crooked path of anxiety and confusion. And to add to the complication, there are boulders to climb over and fallen trees blocking us along the way. There is no map that we can follow for this path because it twists and turns and then spins back upon itself for no reason at all.  One moment we’re heading in one direction, then without provocation we’re suddenly somewhere else.  Like a cat that can’t make up its mind. The cat appears to be resting comfortably in the living room, then for no known reason, it leaps up and races willy nilly into the kitchen and leaps onto the refrigerator. Like the cat’s, our thoughts have no consistent purpose that we can see, but to keep us distracted and confused about our reality.  Unlike the cat who is only being itself and following its nature, our thinking comes from fear.  Not from fear of bad things happening, but from fear of LOVE happening. We don’t really understand Love and so we wander our crooked, winding path unconsciously keeping Love away while believing strongly that we’re searching for it.  

Love would straighten the path, remove the boulders, lift the trees and change our life.  This is a terrifying thought for some, although we all would deny it.  No one wants to believe that they are more comfortable in their pain than without it. And so we continue to perpetuate fear-filled thoughts that keep us on this dark and twisted, but familiar path. 

We feel amazing when we observe or are instrumental in creating joyous miracles. Yet we never keep our joy for long.  Love is tolerable in small doses, but our egos can’t allow Love to rule us or be our constant experience. The tiny, noisy ego would fall away in the face of the glorious Light of God’s Love.  We’re so afraid to lose our ego, our individuality and our independence that we do whatever we need to do to keep it alive,  including block God’s Love from our experience. We think we are here to be separate from each other, but in truth we are here to recognize our Oneness.

We judge ourselves and others.  We get angry over the smallest things. We justify our righteous thinking. We watch the news and read the newspapers to keep ourselves informed as to just how bad things are. We keep our sadness wrapped around us like a protective cloak. We complain about our stress and how it is making us sick.  And yet we don’t give it up by surrendering it to God. Instead we allow it to have power over us and continue to complain and to get sick. 

When we allow God’s loving laws to rule our experience instead of the world’s laws of fear, we will be allowing holy miracles to rain upon us and splash our lives with Light and Joy; with Peace and Love. This peace, this love and joy doesn’t come and go, but stays constant and eternal. It extends through us from the Divine Universe.  Now we can be the channel through which His Love flows and all healing happens.  And it all comes from paying attention – not to the ego, but to God.

We are healing, healing, healing, 
Forever healing,
Quietly and constantly…

Much of the time, we are completely unaware. Though understanding may burst forth in moments of sudden clarity and erupt in joy, only to fade into a misty fog once more. But while the clarity lasts we are filled with peace and understanding so deep and wondrous that we know for that holy instant life is perfect and so are we.

Though we can’t yet sustain our understanding, there is a stillness and a knowing deep inside us that cannot be disturbed. A light that cannot be extinguished. A pressing forward that cannot be deterred. That quiet knowing lives in us awaiting the opportunity for the next moment of light and joy to push through the misty darkness of our fears and doubts. Now we are gladly given another glimpse of truth. And each time we feel it, or hear it, or see it and every loving miracle we experience no matter how insignificant it may seem to us, is really huge in its power to bring us closer to the holy truth of who and what we are. 

Our power is in our ability to choose. And every time we choose the true over the false, our miracle muscle is strengthened and our fear muscle is weakened and we find ourselves watching more and more closely for loving, healing moments that lift our hearts to new and higher heights.

Think of happiness as a flowering plant. The flower is the expression of that happiness, but it is the root that needs to be nourished before the flower can bloom. Where is the root? Down deep and in the dark recesses of the earth. In us, it is the deep recesses of our heart that must be nourished before the smile on our face can bloom. Let’s focus today on nourishing our heart with the fresh, cool waters of kindness and forgiveness. As we radiate those attributes from our heart, not only will our smile bloom, but we will also be nourishing the hearts of those around us and making beautiful smiles bloom wherever we go.

And that’s a miracle. That is a quiet walk with God in the garden of His Truth. In the world we may have our differences, but in God’s Truth we are one. There are many different types of flowers, but in the end they are all flowers.

“Choose once again if you would take your place among the saviors of the world…” A Course In Miracles

“Let me choose  forgiveness, kindness and joy again today.”

The beauty of our power from God is that we can choose again. In every moment of every day and in every relationship and every experience we can make another choice

If we have felt fear or anger, guilt or sadness or judgment we can ask for help to see everything and everyone differently. 

“Forgive and you will see this differently.” A Course In Miracles

When we ask for help we must then be still and listen for the answers. God always has the answer and it’s always the right answer; the only answer.

God’s answer brings peace and joy to us and to all. His answer floods our hearts with pure love. This is the Love that guides us on our path and lights our way to fulfilling our holy destiny.

This is the Love that shows us a different world from the one we thought we knew. This Love rewrites our story giving us not just a happy ending, but a glorious beginning and middle too. This Love ensures there is no ending just a happy now.

All the answers to all our questions are in God. His Answer shows us that our questions are too small. His Answer encompasses our Holy truth and gently guides us on a path where only miracles are found.

As we take His hand and offer ourselves to Him for guidance, words dissolve, concerns are gone, darkness disappears and only Light remains. In that stillness that fills our being, we understand what we didn’t understand before. All things are not only possible, but are actually accomplished. Forgive and we will see that this is so.  “Let me recognize my problems have been solved.” A Course In Miracles

And all we need do is choose again.

“Let every voice but God’s be still in me.” A Course In Miracles

“I am ready for some good news today.”

HERE’S THE GOOD NEWS! Everything we do in fear, in anger and in sadness, we can do a different way.  We can fill our minds with Love so our paths are purposeful and helpful.  Sadness is not compassion. Anger is not kindness. Fear is not healing. These are emotions that block our power and keep us from being truly helpful in the world.

We can allow miracle feelings and kind and compassionate thoughts to live stream constantly through our consciousness.  We can let God judge us and all others with His purest Love. We can turn our anger and sadness, our stress and our sickness over to Him and then happily see His world emerge through ours. We can ask Him how best to be of service in every situation instead of deciding on our own.

We can watch the news and read the newspapers with Love instead of fear.  We can use the news as opportunities to bless everyone and pray for healing in the lives of all who suffer. In becoming sad, judgmental or fearful at the news, we are not being the channels for healing that God needs us to be because we are blocking Him from using us as His healers and teachers in the world. This doesn’t mean we shouldn’t care. In fact the opposite is true. It means we must care enough to give the world and our suffering brothers and sisters to God for true correction and true healing.

But first we have to pay attention to our feelings and our actions and all the voices in our heads.  Change can only happen when we are willing to take responsibility for our lives, our thoughts, our feelings and our actions and decide, with conviction, to choose a better way. And the only way that’s better is God’s way.

It is when it is lifted up and shined away, as darkness always is by light, that God can make the corrections for us that balance and harmonize our spirit so peace can flow freely.  And so with a calm and quiet heart and easy breathing, we say,  “Let every voice but God’s be still in me.” ACIM And then we ask Him, ”How can I help?”

“Sitting quietly in the hush of dawn, we hear the waking sounds of earth and see the shifts in light and shadow that a more hurried mind would miss. Impatience wastes happiness.” Hugh Prather

The secret to peace and happiness is don’t try to achieve it.  Just let it happen.  We think we have to work to be happy.  It’s just the opposite.  Happiness is a state of being, not doing.  There is nothing we can do or possess that will make us happy or unhappy. Happiness is.  It’s in us already. 

We think our natural state is challenge and fear and anger, guilt and sadness. We think we have to fight those feelings and stamp them out in order to be happy.  We think we have to hide them and from them, pushing them deep inside of us where we can forget them.  Or we think we must project them onto others. And we think we must do all this NOW! 

The better way is to accept our feelings no matter what they are.  Stand back and accept, “I am afraid here.”  “I am mad about this.” “Look how sad I am.” “I feel so guilty!” Accept the feelings and then release them. Looking and hanging on is another mistake. It’s LOOK AND LET GO! 

It’s true the only thing we fear is fear.  But keeping it a secret (even from ourselves) or projecting it onto the world by lashing out is where we make our mistakes. When we simply accept and rest in the fear, then surrender it to Love it dies a gentle death.  It is the same as turning on the light in a dark room.  When we shine the light upon our fears, they disappear into that light which is our own truth. And we do this quietly in the hush of dawn or the gentleness of dusk or any time we find or make a quiet, unhurried moment for ourselves.

Love and accept yourself exactly as you are. And accept others as they are. When we can do that, then our mistakes are no longer cause for condemnation, they are opportunities for learning and growing.  And now in this clean, pure state of innocence and of love and acceptance, we can be open to our happiness, our peace, our joy … our true essence which lives and breathes and walks in Light. And we remember God’s word, “There is nothing to fear.” A Course In Miracles

Light in the spiritual sense is an internal thing.  Unlike the sun, the moon and the stars, it shines eternally within us.  It can be a quiet sense of knowing or well being or a glorious radiance of happy wonder that emanates from our very core.

“The Light has come.  I am at peace.” A Course In Miracles

When our light is allowed, it shines on everything in our path. No thoughts of darkness or fear, no worry or anxiety can disturb our peace in this light. It comes from our true being, from God that lives in each of us.  It cannot be turned off with a switch, but can only be temporarily forgotten or hidden behind a fog of misunderstanding when we place our focus elsewhere.

Light like joy is a choice.  It can be chosen in each moment and in every experience.  When we choose Light in everything, all answers come to us as soon as the questions are asked.  All obstacles are removed from our path because our light simply shines them away.  It’s important to understand that to truly experience our light we must also choose to see it in others.

Light cannot be contained, but only hidden behind the clouds for a time. As soon as we choose to brush the clouds away, there it is, LIGHT.  God is the source of our Light. Created in His likeness we are His Light in the world. Constant and eternal and forever our Light shines like a beacon for healing and happiness.  Let’s join ourselves in our own Light today and be at peace from this moment on.

“If you raise what fear conceals to clear-cut unequivocal predominance, fear becomes meaningless. You have denied its power to conceal love, which was its only purpose. The veil that you have drawn across the face of love has disappeared. Thus does God replace fear with love and translate error into truth.” A Course In Miracles

“I will smile in Fear’s face today and see the light beyond.”

Sometimes it seems that fear has a mind of its own. We know we want to be happy and at peace but fear just won’t let us. It wraps its claw-like fingers around our heart and squeezes the breath right out of our lungs. Or its dark shadow silently stalks us all day, staying at the peripheral of our mind until the night when all is quiet. Then it leaps out at us with crazy thoughts of this and that.

We try to fill our minds with loving affirmations and busy thoughts that feel more productive. We may try to pray, or meditate, but our brain is churning with doubt and confusion. Sometimes it’s too overwhelming and we just cry out for help or yell at God for letting this happen to us. After all, we work so hard trying to be a good person, how is it possible that we can be in such pain?

But perhaps this fear isn’t such a bad thing. What if it is simply part of the process of our healing and really something helpful if we just stop fighting it?  What if we just stand back and allow it?  Feel the tension in our shoulders, the tightness in our chest. Can we unclench our fists and simply look at the panic thoughts and let the sad and angry tears flow free? It isn’t easy to face the fear with a calm and quiet mind and an open heart. In fact it can be terrifying because it feels like the end of our peace forever. But we know it isn’t. We’ve had these insanity attacks before. We know they come and go. They must be part of the journey of allowing us to heal from our past.

So now, let’s just watch our fear and see what it does. See how it fades more quickly with no resistance? See how clearly we can see God’s loving Light fill up the dark space where fear, just moments before, felt so powerful and real? See how our tears of sadness quietly become tears of gratitude and joy? 

What a relief to know that no matter how it looks or how it feels, fear is not real. Only God is. And God is only Love. Now, we understand, if we’re not at peace, we’re simply making a mistake. And we can smile quietly and pray, “I want the peace of God instead of this.” ACIM It’s not our job to correct the mistake, it’s our job to stop fighting it so God can shine His Light into our mind and heart and make the corrections for us. He does this by showing us the truth of who we are.

Will fear come back? Most likely. The ego doesn’t give up easily. But now we know the answer, let it come.  Sure it’s scary, but so what?  Scary isn’t the end of the world. If we can accept that and smile through the pain, even better. Our smile tells us it’s not so serious as we thought and opens up the channel for God’s healing Power. Now, we can get back into our right minds, our loving prayers and quiet meditations which help to weaken our fear muscle and strengthen our joy muscle. Fear is just a thought and so is Love. God gave us the power to choose which teacher we will follow, which thought we would  listen to, which muscle we want to strengthen.

One thing is for certain, if we choose to be at war with fear or try to hide from it, we only make it stronger. The only way to dispel it is to accept, allow and surrender it to God. “There is nothing to fear.” A Course In Miracles

“Forgiveness is the key to happiness.” A Course In Miracles

“I will let God handle things today.”

Instead of focusing so intently on our imperfections and our fears and all that we perceive to be negative about ourselves and others and the world, why don’t we instead focus on simply accepting who we are just the way we are?  “I love and accept myself exactly as I am.” And then accept others for themselves as well. Once we have accepted life as it is, we can then begin the process of inner change.  “For it is on this forgiveness rests, and is but natural.” A Course In Miracles 

We have trained ourselves to judge everything and everyone … to the nth degree.  We thrive on our judgments, because we believe in them so strongly.  If something “looks” a certain way to us, we say it is so. And then we add our own interpretation, motivation and back story to this judgment about someone’s behavior and words to make it more real to ourselves and others. We believe in what we think we see and hear as though it were etched in stone. Many a relationship has suffered from just such thinking. 

Much fear and anger has been justified in the name of righteousness. We may even say it is God’s will. It doesn’t help that we have a great capacity to forget how many times we have judged and were wrong. And even when we remember we were wrong, we still managed to turn that to our advantage somehow so we can keep on being right. It takes great honesty and humility and forgiveness of ourselves and others to admit we made a mistake and then to learn from that mistake and allow it to be healed. “Forgiveness is the only sane response.” A Course In Miracles

If we’re not sure we believe in the power of our judgments, let’s do this exercise. Let’s take a strong opinion we have about something in our life and try and let it go. Religion, Relationships, Politics, Differences, Justice, Money, and Death are just a few topics we may feel strongly about. Let’s take an opinion about any one of these things and let it go. Feel the stress from trying to swallow that idea?  And yet it is these very judgments that keep us imprisoned in a world of suffering and pain.

God’s job is to impress His loving judgment upon all these things that worry us so much. To let go of judgment does not mean the world will go to hell in a hand basket. It only means that we are letting God handle what belongs to Him so all these complicated things can be simplified and the world can be open to His Holy Healing.    

Every judgment thought slams a door on God.  Every acceptance thought opens a heart and lets Him in. Every forgiveness thought radiates love and heals the world a little more.

This is our moment to banish judgment and welcome healing through forgiveness and love. Let’s join hands and minds and hearts and do it! “Forgiveness offers everything I want.” A Course In Miracles

“I cannot see two worlds.” A Course In Miracles

“Give me the strength to see only God’s world.”

Two Worlds One belongs to fear. The other one to God.

We cannot hate and love at once.  When hate is in our heart, love disappears.  When love is felt, hate does not exist.  What Child of God can choose to see themselves as fear-filled and separate from their Creator and their brothers and sisters through dissension when another choice, the choice of Oneness is offered them?

A song sung in harmony with many voices joyfully rising together is much more powerful than a single voice lamenting all alone.

One hand cannot clap.  One hand cannot join.  But many voices and many hands joined in harmony can change the world’s complexion and bring light to all eyes and beautiful sound to every ear.

Our power is in our Oneness.  Our power is not in fighting for what we think is right, but in joining together, and lifting our minds and hearts to God and letting Him decide.  God will not show us anything in the world. He will not say one Child of God is right and another is wrong. He will not take sides with His children.  Instead He will show us the world transformed. Transformed by kindness and compassion. Transformed by Love. He will show us our opinions are not the truth of us. Our Oneness is.

He will show us how stillness brings joy and how silence allows us to hear another Voice and a better way of being in the world. The things we fight for will fade away into nothingness when we let His Voice speak through us and for us.  And all will be at peace with the results of His Plan in place of ours.

Anger and fear are not conducive to correcting a wounded heart and a suffering world.  They only make things worse.  True correction comes through an open mind, a gentle thought, and a quiet spirit where God’s Voice can lead us on our path to healing through kindness and through tolerance, through forgiveness and through love. That is strength.  That is power.  That is truth.  That is all there really is.

One World.  God’s World. That’s the one we want.

“Fear is gone from every face as hearts rise up to claim the light.” A Course In Miracles

“I will claim my light today.”

We get caught up in how things look, having forgotten how things are. We think how they look and how they are, are one and the same. We need only open our heart and ask for help to see with our inner eye and listen with our inner ear if we really want to learn what is true and what is not.

Love is true. Fear is not.

Darkness cannot long survive in the Light of God’s Holy Truth. We are God’s Light created in Love holy, unchanging and eternal. By following our true path we are now teachers for God and examples for our brothers and sisters. Together we will be lifted to our highest place by our new trust and belief in ourselves and in each other. And through this trust we will join as one in seeing the truth of our own perfect light.

This world will be a brand new place. Though it may look the same on the outside, inside of us, we will know it is different. God’s Laws of pure Love will govern this new/old world and bring harmony and balance and peace and happiness and abundance to all. We will not be deceived by lingering symptoms of small fears and traces of shadowy darkness, but will see through them to the Light of God on the other side.

Smiles will light every face and joy will flow through every heart. We will laugh at the past as we celebrate in this heavenly eternal moment side by side and hand in hand.

“Forgiveness is the only sane response. It keeps your rights from being sacrificed.” A Course In Miracles

“My heart surrenders and forgives all things today.”

Forgiveness is the opposite of judgment. Forgiveness means surrendering everything to God. Forgiveness is living in the light, breathing in the beauty of the world and allowing our blessings to flow and flow and flow. It’s not about condoning, it’s about compassion.

It’s about letting go of the past and living fully in each moment. It’s about praying, “God, I don’t know what this is all about so I give it to you for Your Holy Understanding.” We mustn’t be afraid to let go of all we think we need to cling to here. Clinging to our past thinking is what causes all our pain. Letting go frees us to fly.

To protect ourselves, we grasp onto our fears and judgments with tight fists. We are terrified that letting them go will be the cause of our destruction. We will not be punished for surrendering our fears and judgments. Instead, we will be rewarded with joyful and amazing experiences filled with miracles. The only true justice is God’s justice and it is nothing like our own for it comes from pure Love and nothing else.

Let’s remember our protection is in God, not in ourselves. As a Child of His Light, we are so far above our petty thinking that it is inconceivable that we should allow one unkind or unloving thought to keep us imprisoned in pain a moment longer.

If we understood who we really are, we would gladly let all the nonsense go and fall to our knees with tears of gratitude. His light would wash away all darkness, pain and suffering caused by our tight fisted attachment to our silly judgments of ourselves and others. We think we know everything, when actually we know nothing. All that is asked of us is a tiny willingness to let go of what we do not know and do not want or need while we walk with Him in happy peace and in calm and quiet confidence.

“I will see all things through God’s Eyes today.”

Instead of cringing in expectation of bad news, we are learning to expect good news. Understanding is dawning on us that bad news is simply the way to good news. Disasters can be used as opportunities for healing, joining and miracles of kindness and compassion. We are learning and growing as we offer ourselves as helpers. As we lift everyone in prayer. As we choose to see the peace and light of God through the darkness and the danger.

Start in the morning even before you open your eyes with “I awake with joy expecting only the happy things of God to come to me today.” ACIM

We need only calm our thoughts and ask for help to see the peace and light of God. And when help reaches us we are so happy to see that it is beautiful on the other side of pain and darkness. The truth of humankind is holy and amazing and wondrous and beyond words.

It’s true! Our holiness and innocence are guaranteed by God. We are healing, healing, healing, forever healing. Quietly and continually, we are more and more aware. We are learning our true lesson here which is that we can trust God.  We are waking to the truth.

As we climb out of fear God offers us a Hand up. And when we are so deep into our fear and doubt that we cannot see His Hand, He carries us. But either way, He is with us always. Always, always, always and forever helping us to heal and heal and heal. Quietly and constantly God is the Light shining on our path to constant peace. Now we are seeing differently.  And our trust in God is strengthened immeasurably.

“Today I will practice happiness. Happiness is my purpose here.”

What the heck, why not be happy?  We know we want it.  It’s really all everyone wants. No matter how extremely we act out against ourselves and others or how fiercely we try to protect ourselves from others, we really just want to feel peace and safety right here, right now.  For ourselves and all our loved ones.

Just as we allow the sun and rain to keep our gardens healthy, so must we allow the nourishment and light of loving thoughts to shine away our fear for the healing of our minds and hearts.

We must decide for peace. 
We must choose joy.

We are not the victim of a cruel and angry, unpredictable world.  Instead we have victimized ourselves by choosing our negative thinking and separating ourselves from our brothers and sisters through judgment and unkind words and thoughts.

So why not be happy?  What else have we got to do?

 “I will believe in my perfection today.”

If we believed in our own inner beauty and our own perfection as God created us, we would be incapable of fear, or guilt or judgment against another or of feeling judged or attacked by others. Because our own certainty of who we really are would only allow us to see God’s light in us and everyone and everything.

Then bullying would be impossible because the bully and the bullied would both recognize how insane it is to use mean words or other absurd weapons to try to harm God’s Holy Creation. It would be like throwing pebbles at the sun. All hurtful words would be recognized as simply not the truth and the victims would merely shrug it off and go on about their business.

Attack would be unknown because the attacker and the attacked would laugh at the silliness of trying to harm a perfect creation of a Powerful, Divine Creator. And no one would care one whit what is said about them that is not in alignment with their Truth as a Child of God.  What isn’t true can only affect us if we let it.

Judgment would be unheard of because the judger and the judged would see that only God can judge and He does so in total Love. 

Now, we can give ourselves permission to believe in the highest within us. In fact at some point, we must.  Because it is the truth.  We cannot live in a false world with false beliefs forever. 

We are God’s Creation. Because of this, all but our perfection is false.  When we are ready we will see this for ourselves.  Until we are ready, God will hold our light, our beauty and our truth in His Heart. No matter how long it takes.

May we walk in peace today knowing we are blessed and we can bless, healed and we can heal, saved and we can save. No matter what anyone thinks or says or does, none of it is true unless it comes from Love, God’s Love.

A prayer for this and every day.

Now that I’m on the other side of yesterday, I feel the possibilities for peace.
Now that I’m on this side of tomorrow, I see the hopefulness for happiness.
Now that I am in the center of this moment, I see the certainty of Love.

Yesterday is gone.
Tomorrow isn’t here.
Now is all there is.

“God is with me. He is my Source of life, the life within, the air I breathe, the food by which I am sustained, the water which renews and cleanses me. He is my home, wherein I live and move; the Spirit which directs my actions, offers me Its Thoughts; and guarantees my safety from all pain. “Today I will remember to laugh a lot.”

It’s time to lighten up and laugh more.  There is way too much taken too seriously in this world and in our relationships with each other, in our politics and in our opinions of ourselves and others. Let’s not bring all that intensity into our home and serve it for dinner to our family.  It can cause indigestion and sleepless nights.  And nightmares for the children.  Laughter is the great healer. We must take its medicine liberally and use it often.

“I will walk in the light of my own holiness today.”

To truly see yourself, don’t look in the mirror, look inside your heart. Don’t measure yourself by the opinions and judgments of others. Measure yourself by God’s Grace and His Light in you. That is where your beauty lies; where your kindness, your empathy and your generosity abide. This is where your voice sings arias to the Angels and you are able, in calm and quiet peace, to listen to the silence of God’s own Heart speaking constantly of your holiness.

You are an artist of the spirit, a poet of the soul, a creation of delight and joy, at one with all the Universe. Inside you Love lives, a constant flame to be fanned by trust and shared with all. And it is there that healing is always happening.

Look and laugh and rejoice at your true nature, your real Self and see your Truth. If you find your vision blocked by fear, anger, sadness, anxiety, worry … LOOK AGAIN!  And choose another way of seeing. Remember, we see what we invite or allow in to our space. So invite in Truth and be grateful for your sweet essence and your holy presence.  The truth will set you free.

Now you are an instrument of peace and a teacher of God.  Now you are serving your purpose as a healer of the world.

Invite and see this: “I am the light of the world.”  A Course In Miracles  Repeat often.

May you walk in the light of your own holiness today knowing you are blessed and a blessing in the world.
