Sending Joy

A holy relationship is nothing more than
People opening their hearts and sharing a moment.

Laughter to the point of tears
And tears to the point of laughter.

Or a quiet smile, a fleeting glance,
A compassionate thought,
A silent blessing,
A spontaneous helping hand.

A simple act of kindness can transform a
A stranger into a dear brother or sister
Who may only pass by in a fleeting encounter
Or who may stay close from this moment on.

Let’s be grateful for all of our
Holy and loving relationships today;
Those that last an instant and 
Those that are forever.

And then let’s look around and see who
We can elevate from our acquaintance list
To our holy relationship list.

Who is on our enemy list that can be corrected
To our holy list through forgiveness and 
Surrendering our anger and our judgment 
To God who loves us all?

A holy relationship is nothing more than
People opening their hearts and sharing a moment
With each other in God’s name; aloud or only in our mind.

Whenever two children of God meet, they are given another chance for healing.

Prayers for all those who may be experiencing extreme weather conditions, hurricanes and tsunamis, fires or floods anywhere in this world.  Also blizzards and extreme cold. Our loving thoughts are with you. May God keep you safe and transform the extremes into harmony and balance. 

Let our prayer be for healing and health for all the world. Let us ask for help with kindness and love and trust to generate the health and wellness, safety and peace of mind we want for every man, woman and child on earth. And then let us be grateful and say Thank You, God!
