Sending Joy

 “I am willing to accept my gifts today.”

There’s a halo and a pair of wings for everyone.  
We all can raise our voices in perfect harmony.  
We all can dance with simple grace. 
We all can speak heartfelt poetry and paint a whole new world. 

These gifts are invisible to most of us in the physical world. 
The noise and discord in and around us distract us from them.
Our heavy judgments etched in concrete make it hard to fly.

It’s time to be open to what we can’t see or hear or touch or taste.
It’s time to believe.  It’s time to trust. It’s time to love. It’s time to forgive.
It’s time to allow our holiness. It’s time to free our natural joy. 
It’s time to live beyond time and accept our eternal nature.

Not in time, but in eternity are where our wings are stored.
There our voices are preparing to soar.
There our spirit is putting on its dancing shoes.
There our minds are sharing thoughts of trust and joy.
There our brushes are painting another way of life.

If we close our eyes and grow still, our gifts will open up before us. 

The way to peace is sweet and simple.

Forgive all.
Trust God.
Love one another.

Prayers for all those who may be experiencing extreme weather conditions, hurricanes and tsunamis, fires or floods anywhere in this world.  Also blizzards and extreme cold. Our loving thoughts are with you. May God keep you safe and transform the extremes into harmony and balance. 

Let our prayer be for healing and health for all the world. Let us ask for help with kindness and love and trust to generate the health and wellness, safety and peace of mind we want for every man, woman and child on earth. And then let us be grateful and say Thank You, God!
